Joseph Marshall Parker Sr Born: November 21, 1907 Died: February 15, 1985 Hometown: West Newton, PA Served as a Junior Forester at S-99-PA He was my grandfather, and very proud of the cabins, roads and pavilions built by the CCC while he was there. We spent many summer days at Kooser and enjoyed fishing and picnics with him when we were younger.	09/07/2015
